- 400g Edamame Beans, cooked
- 400g Kidney Beans, cooked
- 1 red onion, diced
- 200g marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 red pepper, diced
- Honey Pecans to garnish (optional)
- Vinegarette dressing
Combine all ingredients and toss well. Chill before serving.
