  • 400g Edamame Beans, cooked
  • 400g Kidney Beans, cooked
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 200g marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • Honey Pecans to garnish (optional)
  • Vinegarette dressing

Combine all ingredients and toss well. Chill before serving.
